§ 2 Conclusion of the contract, establishment of the contract

2.1 By placing your order, you make a binding offer to us to conclude the contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by email within 24 hours of receiving your order. The contract is concluded with the sending of this order confirmation.

2.2 If you have found the desired product, you can view it non-bindingly by clicking on the product name, product image, or product link.

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the "Add to Basket" button. This will place your selection in the basket. You can change this selection at any time before submitting your order by changing the quantity of products, deleting the selection by clicking the "Remove" box, or cancelling the order process. By clicking the "Checkout" button, you will proceed to the next step of the order.

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account. Otherwise, please register as a new customer. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the "Continue" button, you will proceed to the next step of the order.

Now check your billing address and specify your desired payment method. By clicking the "Continue" button, you will proceed to the next step of the order.

Now check your shipping address and click on the specified shipping method. By clicking the "Continue" button, you will proceed to the next step of the order.

Finally, you will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address, and your contact details. Please check that all information is correct and read the terms and conditions carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions (tick the box).

By clicking the "Submit Order" button, you send your order to us. This constitutes a legally binding offer. We will then send you an order confirmation by email, with which the contract is concluded.
