§ 5 Cost-bearing agreement

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with § 4, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if you have not yet made the payment or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal for an item with a higher price. Otherwise, the return will be free of charge for you.
