RevocationInstructions on the right of revocationAs a consumer you have the right to cancel on the following conditions: Right of revocation Any customer has the right to revoke his / her contractual statement without stating reasons, within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the goods. The time limit starts to run once the written notice of cancellation has been received, however not before the goods are received by the recipient (where similar goods are delivered on a recurring basis, then not before receipt of the first part delivery) nor before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information as defined in Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code ("EGBGB"). To comply with the time limit it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods in time. Should you not be able to return the received goods to us wholly, or only in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you will be required to pay compensation. This does not apply if the deterioration of them is solely due to their testing of characteristics and functions, such as would have been possible in a retail shop. Things that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned on our risk. You are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment, if the merchandise delivered corresponds to the merchandise ordered, and if the price of the merchandise to be sent back does not exceed an amount of forty euros or if, where the price is higher, you have at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment. In all other cases, the return shipment for you is free of charge. Goods not suitable for shipping via parcel post will be picked up from your location. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of the declaration of revocation. The time limit begins for you with the dispatch of your cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt.
